The Aventador uses Formula One style push rod suspension which means that the shock absorbers are mounted laterally in the body rather than out by the wheels.
Step 13 is the rear shock absorbers and mounts. In this picture I've already painted the springs yellow, an option on the real Aventador. This will give some much needed color to the engine bay. The two large black brackets are metal.
