Step 28 simply takes the oil cooler and differential cooler ducts from the previous two steps and installs them in the car. These ducts both go into the rear bumper facing the large rear grilles.
In this picture I've installed the duct on the right of the image, but it is nearly hidden. I've also installed the wheel well early (from Step 37) to make sure I have room for wires. The lighting module has been stowed in a pocket under and behind the bumper.
I added a couple LEDs deep in the rear frame on both sides to subtely illuminate the engine bay.
