I tried to finish this model like the box art with classic orange
paint on the cage and standard application of decals. I did put
some glossy clear coat on afterwards both to produce luster and to
protect the stickers from damage or peeling. The finish of the
plastic wheels looks the most authentically like aluminum of any I have
ever seen. They look really good. In fact, this whole model
looks really good.
